Terms of Service
Last updated June 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Lumo browser extension, dashboard, and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
The Service
Lumo adds open- and click-tracking to emails you send from Gmail and shows you the resulting activity. The Service is provided during an early-access period and may change, break, or be unavailable from time to time.
Acceptable use
- Use Lumo only for email you are authorized to send, and comply with all applicable laws.
- Do not use Lumo for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or any unlawful tracking. Where your jurisdiction requires it, disclose tracking to recipients.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or other users’ data.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Read receipts are signals, not proof — email clients vary, and an open may be missed or, despite our filtering, mis-classified. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
